One: Brief introduction of the scheme: Electronic cigarettes combine modern microelectronic technology, mechanical structure and preparation technology.


Electronic cigarettes are composed of airflow sensors, intelligent processing modules, control modules, execution modules, charging management modules, lithium-ion batteries and other electronic components. Through the detection of human smoking actions, an LED light is used to simulate the state of fireworks.


This solution uses a 60W professional chip design, and uses the PWM module to control the LED lights to indicate the working status. Compared with the functions of similar products, our company has added functions such as battery overcharging, overdischarging, heating device short-circuit protection, low-voltage indication, etc., making it safer and more reliable to use. The 60W professional chip adopts FLASH technology. According to customer requirements, the sensitivity of the electronic trigger switch and the number of LED flashes can be changed, and the program can be customized for customers.


2. Product design function:


1. Power supply:


Single lithium polymer battery, the battery can be recharged


2. LED light display:


●The light turns on when smoking, and turns off when you stop smoking.


●If you smoke for too long (more than 5 seconds), the LED will flash and give an alarm.


●If the smoking frequency is too fast, the LED light flashes to alarm.


●Low voltage prompt, LED light flashes.


●When the number of smoking reaches 1500 times, clean the heating wire.

●This program provides 3 kinds of electronic trigger switches, customers can choose according to their needs.


Ordinary microphone type trigger switch: It is characterized by easy production, just add a microphone head cover, the disadvantage is poor anti-interference ability, sound, vibration, air flow will trigger its work;


Microphone type mechanical switch: strong anti-interference ability, need corresponding structure to match;


Hall switch: strong anti-interference ability, but complex process and high cost;

电子烟由气流传感器、智能处理模块、控制模块、执行模块、充电管理模块、锂离子电池等电子部件构成,通过对人体吸烟动作的检测,使用一个LED灯模拟烟火状态。 

本方案采用60W专业芯片设计,通过PWM模块控制LED灯指示工作状态。与同类产品功能相比,我司增加了电池过充电、过放电,发热装置短路保护,低压指示等功能,使用更加安全可靠。60W专业芯片采用FLASH工艺,可根据客户要求,改变电子触发开关灵敏度,LED闪烁次数,为客户订制程序。 

二、产品设计功能: 

1、供电: 

单节锂聚合物电池 ,电池可循环充电使用 

2、LED灯显示: 

●吸烟时,灯渐亮,停止吸烟时灯渐灭。 

●吸烟时间过长(超过5秒),则LED灯闪烁报警。

●吸烟频率太快,则LED灯闪烁报警。 

●低电压提示,LED灯闪烁。 

●当吸烟次数达到1500次时,清洗发热丝。 

 控制板

●本方案提供3种电子触发开关,客户可根据需求进行选择。

普通咪头式触发开关: 它的特点是生产方便,加一个咪头套即可,缺点是抗干扰能力差,声音、振动、气流都会触发其工作;

咪头式机械开关:抗干扰能力强,需要相应的结构与其匹配;

霍尔开关:抗干扰能力强,但工艺复杂,成本高;
