In the standby state, press and hold the CAL key for 3 seconds. Enter the manual coefficient calibration and unit conversion settings, press the DIS key to select the number or unit to be set, and press the CAL key to modify the number or unit. If the button is not operated for more than 3 seconds, it will automatically exit the setting.


New coefficient = old coefficient * (target oil volume / old coefficient oil volume)


example:


Use the pump to pump 20 liters of oil, and the flow meter shows 21 liters (this is regarded as the oil volume under the old coefficient)


If you also use 20 liters of oil and want to display 20 liters of oil on the meter, then


The new coefficient should be set as: new coefficient = old coefficient * (20/21)


If the old coefficient is 1, then the new coefficient is 0.952;

In the standby state, press and hold the CAL key (no more than 3 seconds) to query the accumulated fuel value (not clearable);


Fives. Query and calibration of turbine meter coefficients


Press the CAL and DIS keys at the same time to query the turbine meter coefficient (factory set at the factory); after 3 seconds, enter the turbine coefficient calibration (screen display: 0). At this time, when 50L of liquid is passed through the tanker system, the coefficient will be automatically recorded and matched with an instrument coefficient of this turbine. After the calibration is completed, if the button is not operated for more than 3 seconds, it will automatically exit the setting. If it displays END, it means the calibration is successful. If it displays Err, it means the calibration failed.


6. Battery and maintenance


Too short battery life will cause damage to the flowmeter due to battery leakage during operation. When the battery voltage is too low, the LCD display screen will dim. The battery can be replaced according to the actual situation. The design standby life of this flowmeter is about 2 years, but it is recommended that customers replace the battery once a year. It is recommended that customers check the battery electrodes once a year and remove them in time if they are rusted. When the flow meter is not used for a long time, the battery should be removed.
