The output value of the motor control board is controlled by the DC voltage analog input signal. The 0-5V DC analog input signal corresponds to the 0-300V DC output. The DC output drives the motor. Different voltages correspond to the speed under different loads.
The three-gear fixed speed is controlled by the switch control terminal, and the speed is manually steplessly adjusted by the potentiometer. When a certain gear is selected for a fixed speed, the control board outputs a voltage corresponding to the motor speed (a value of 0-5V) to the motor driver, and the driver outputs a DC three-phase voltage (between 0-300V), Thereby driving the motor to rotate. When the motor rotates, it outputs a DC pulse signal and feeds it back to the control board. The control board compares the actual speed signal with the set speed, and performs PID adjustment on the output speed control analog according to the comparison result. The speed should be stable at ± under load conditions. Within 0.5%.
