I. Overview


IP3266 series built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit are ICs used for the protection of 5-10 series lithium ion, polymer and lithium iron phosphate rechargeable batteries. IP3266 has a built-in high-precision detection circuit that supports overvoltage, undervoltage, three-stage overdischarge current protection, charging overcurrent protection, and disconnection detection protection functions. IP3266 has built-in charge and discharge NTC detection circuit to protect the battery from high and low temperature.
